RIBBONS + ACCESSORIES:

Our current in-house processing time for all ribbon and accessory orders is 2-3 business days + your chosen shipping method.

It is rare, but for bulk orders we may need additional processing time. You will be notified immediately if this is the case.

TABLE RUNNER AND NAPKINS

If you purchase table runners, we have a current production time of 10 business days + the shipping method of your choice, as each piece is custom made to order.

FASHION ACCESSORIES

Each silk scrunchie/headband/masquerade is individually handmade from our exclusive botanical silk designs. Please expect color and pattern variations, and differences from the images shown. Handmade to order. Please allow us 7 business days to manufacture your order.

URGENT HANDLING:

Rush Processing is a service that will place your order at the front of the production line and has an additional charge of 30% on the total order. Our entire team stops and focuses on your order. Rush orders delay other orders and projects in our studio. It is a service for those times when you find yourself in an emergency. If you need to expedite your order, please send an email to info@silknpepper.net specifying the order (type, quantity and colors) that you need to process urgently. For slats and accessories, expediting your order will reduce processing time from 2-3 business days to 1 business day. For table runners, expedited processing reduces production time from 10 business days to 5 business days.

SHIPPING + HANDLING INFORMATION

We currently ship via PacketExpress and Estafeta for domestic orders and FedEx Priority International for orders outside of Mexico. Please note that Silk & Pepper cannot be responsible for lost packages that are marked "delivered" based on the tracking information provided.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please verify your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we cannot redirect packages. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped via FedEx Priority International.

FedEx Priority International provides end-to-end shipping tracking, signature upon delivery and will arrive in 2-5 business days in most countries.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

We cannot provide tracking information beyond that provided by FedEx.

International shipping DOES NOT include insurance.

We will not mark an item as a "gift" or reduce the declared value of the package. This is illegal and we can be severely penalized for doing so.

Import duties and tariffs are imposed by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.

We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered but are subsequently lost or stolen.
