Policies for exchanges or returns

All sales are final, with the exception of exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to arrange a product exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging intact. We ask that when returning your unused product you include the original invoice and provide us with tracking information to properly track your order. Items will not be eligible for exchange if they are not in their original packaging and do not follow these guidelines. If we do not receive your items within two weeks of initiating the return, you will no longer be eligible for a product exchange.

Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs as we do not provide return labels. It is rare, but Silk & Pepper is not responsible for lost returned packages, so we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance for the product you are returning.
